  15. Teachready: I'm inspired! Thank you for sharing. Do you drink 2 cups of coffee at the beginning of the day? I can't go on without my 2 cups but one in the morning and one in the afternoon. And, I didn't see much protein during lunch time...do you eat more of the protein for dinner? The reason I mention that is because I have been working out and I was told to eat lots of protein, especially after workout to feed the muscles. I usually eat cottage cheese right after a workout as a snack. You are a great daughter for helping your parents clean :)

My Brita filter pitcher cracked and I can't believe how our tap water tastes to me now. I'm looking to replace it and I know you love your water! Do you have any water filter pitcher recommendations? I see a lot out there to choose from these days: Brita, Shaklee, and Santevia. 
  18. How Jen Does It: I have a few times, but I eat a lot of greens so I usually don't add them to my smoothies.

  20. Janet Cortorreal: I have to get back on track with my fitness routine and healthy eating . It been insanely hot here in NC . Also I may have hypothyroidism if I'am saying that correctly Lol . I have been tired and having joint pain I see the endocrinologist on Wednesday. I'm 37 and want to be healthy and fit . You are an inspiration and beautiful God Bless You ☺ .
  21. Jessica Lynn: Hey Jen. ..Love these videos. I have just started to make smoothies. ( I had to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed last week) I actually add greens to my smoothies. (spinach and kale, removing large streams) I have a very cheap blender but it does the job =) ~Jess

  23. Kiddos Koral: +How Jen Does It I didn't say it was easy. But it has been a great thing for me not to be hungry all the time.  Went and bought more yougurt and berries today. Was thinking and telling my husband about you. Then I come home to you leaving a comment:)
  24. How Jen Does It: We have a Brita pitcher. I haven't tried the others. I like our Brita though. I can tell a big difference, too :)

The green tea also looks like what I really need right now.  Anyways... i miss working out, i twisted my ankle weeks ago and its never been the same. I hope it heals soon and nothing permanent. But seeing your workouts and watching your video is healing in itself. :DDD I have a channel too so wanted to invite u over to visit anytime. Be bless.

  31. Kiddos Koral: Great video.  I've been cutting back on what I eat and starting to exercise. I've given up the caffine coffee. I realized the caffine was actually making me more hungry thru my day.
