  1. Ashley Watts: Any advice for getting in a good workout w/ a newborn? And any stretch mark advice/experience in seeing them fade?
  2. Gretchen France: My question is about what ingredients in foods do you try to avoid? I think you may be planning on doing a whole video on this though... Also Id love to hear more about the changes your family is making in your eating habits..less meat less dairy etc.  Hows it going?! Any tips!?
  3. Groots Mama: do you tend to stick to a low carb diet or as low carb as you can do fro that day and why
  4. Rachel Fox: LOVE your videos! My husband is a very picky eater. He only likes very few things to eat (none of which are healthy) and it's extremely hard for me to cook for us as a family. How did you get your husband and boys on board for eating healthy?
  5. sandyvwj: Hi Jen, I've always been into cardio to lose weight but I've been hearing a lot about lifting weights, and that it burns more fat and even at resting. I'm just curious should I cut down cardio and do more weights and focus on that only? If so, do u have a weight routine you do weekly?
  6. Mallary Jones: How many carbs should you have at lunch?
  7. Michelle Trudeau: Why did you switch to a more vegan diet? Was it to help your family get healthier? An animal rights issue? Thanks! -Michelle
  8. Amos 99: I admire how dedicated you are to eating healthy.  Do you allow yourself indulgences here and there?  Some people have a rule of eating clean "most" of the time (ex 80/20 rule).  I was wondering if you do that, how often do you allow indulgences and what are they?  Thanks Jen!
  9. Danie Bingham: wow You are glowing today you look fantastic!
  10. dgradowski: Hi Jen, I have a teen who would rather go out to eat at panera or chipolte than eat our meals at home. How do you keep your teens interested in your healthy meals vs fast food with friends?
  11. M Jones: Healthy snacks for in between meals, please. I agree with another comment, that your snacks wouldn't keep me satisfied til dinner, any other suggestions?? Thanks
  12. Abbielle: Question: How did you transition to the diet that you follow now? Did you go cold turkey? What differences did you notice? Thanks, Abby
  13. Stephanie O'Neill: Have you always eaten healthy, and if not, how did you get started?
  14. Jamie Lynne: I just want to know what your schedule it. I am sure you have mentioned it many times, but whatndoes your calendar look like? And how do you keep it up instead of it just being a phase...
  15. Sprinkle Cookies: Hi Jen! What makes you just go and work out without excuses ?
  16. sewgatormomm: How often do you work out, and at what time of day? Do you go to classes or use the machines? How do you make yourself go out in the cold to get to the gym? I live in Florida and still talk myself out of going to the gym in the winter!
  17. Julie Quick: Hi Jen, I love Yoga and will never stop this, but it does not burn off fat at all. Can you talk about balancing of cardio and other exercise methods so that we get the right balance overall please? As I eat mainly veggie food, I am loving your use of beans. As your diet has recently changed a bit, what specifically motivated you to do this? Thank you for a brilliant channel!
  18. chiefswife2010: I am having the hardest time giving up sugar!. Do you have any suggestions on how to help with sugar addiction. I tend to start off good and then within a few days I am back eating junk food again.
  19. meadowgirl1000: Hi! I have 3 kids 4yrs and under. I'm almost 3 months postpartum. I really want to fit back into my jeans. Any tips? I workout daily... Walking, light weights, barre type work outs. I mostly need help in the eating and meal planning dept. I sometimes use food as a comfort :(. Do u ever pig out? Or get the urge to? What do u do if so?
  20. Heather S: How do you stay motivated to continue working out?  Also, I'm having a hard time with willpower on saying no to sugary foods.  Do you use stevia?  Any thoughts or suggestions on these things would be appreciated!
  21. The hybrid Mom: I have five boys, and a husband that Joyce eat as well. How do you transition your family over to diet that friendly to your body as well as their taste buds?
  22. Diane Taylor: what type of diet do you follow if any? I saw that many of your meals seamed to be vegetarian. I love watching your videos.
  23. Shubhada Samant: You said in your videos that you eat gluten free because you are allergic to gluten. Does a gluten free diet help with weight management?
  24. Gracie Gomez: What is your fitness routine? Gym? Videos? Thank you.
  25. Melissa Francis: Hi Jen,   I am not allergic to Gluten....... If I start a Gluten Free diet do you think it will help with weight loss??
  26. Bobbie: How are you motivated for exercise? I know you are a SAHM, and I am working full time, but perhaps you have some tips/thoughts on how to fit exercise into an already full day?
  27. DoriT: Hi Jen I hear you say you're going to the gym what do you do at the gym?  Do you have a personal trainer? Thank you for doing these videos they are helpful! Have a good Day!
  28. Mallary Jones: My question is about fitness. Do you switch up your routine often? And do you find that in doing that, does it keeps certain areas more tones rather than sticking to one routine? I have certain leg exercises that I love and feel sore after doing but I do the same ones and don't know if that's the way to go. Thanks! I love your videos! And what shade of lipstick or gloss are you wearing? It's so pretty!
  29. Mrs. Perez: Can you talk about why you are gluten free? It's benefits and why it's important for you.
  30. Candie Massey: When you do weights at the gym do you ever feel intimidated by fellow members? I can't get past doing squats, deadlifts in an open area. I'm comfortable in a women's area of the gym but I'm finding the weight size options are limited.
  31. Suzie DeMarco: Hi Jen.  Would you be willing to do a time management video including how long it takes you to do different tasks.  Most times I feel like I'm moving pretty fast but it would sure help to compare with someone else.  You have such a busy schedule and seem to get everything accomplished.  Thanks!
  32. lleelee jones: How do you get children's cravings for processed sweet treats under control?
  33. GetFitGamer: Your hair is luxurious!
  34. Operation Better Life: Oh great with and Q & A video! Cannot wait to see it! I hope you will check out my channel! I'm on a weight loss journey! This is my episode from today: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g41WQCarf6A Thank you! :-D
  35. diggs1976: how much water do you drink per day?
  36. OceanMOD7: Hi Jen. I would love you to discuss Gluten Free again.  I became Free from Wheat after reading "Wheat Belly" by Dr William Davis and I feel so much better in so many ways and my cravings have been reduced.  But it is so hard when I go to the supermarket and am faced with so many products containing wheat.  I try not to eat most of the "gluten Free" products since Dr Davis says that the Tapioca starch/rice starch/potato starch/corn starch products are even worse than wheat.  So I stick to the almond/coconut/flaxseed/garbanzo bean flours mostly.  I am a Subscriber and I always give a "Thumbs up to your videos.  Thanks P.S. I also love your organizing/clutter videos too!
  37. Sharon Burks: Hi Jen, question can you recommend a good workout video for those who can't afford gym membership Thanks
  38. L Smith: Hi Jen!! How can you lose baby weight when you are so busy with the baby? I feel so guilty going to the gym and leaving baby at home. I have tried at home work outs and they just don't work for me. Any ideas on how to a few days at the gym, but still see results? Thank you!!! Love your videos :)
  39. Sprinkle Cookies: Forgot this...What do  you say to yourself when you see a creamy wonderful cake or donut?
  40. Kendra Burton: From watching your videos about what you eat during the day - Your meals and my meals seem to be similar in food groups and portion sizes.   However, your snacks are quite small compared to mine.  Do you get hungry before meals and you are just ignoring it and pushing through?  Do you find that some snacks keep you energized more than others?   (Obviously, snacks are my main weight management concern!)
  41. Cooky Mnster: Hi Jen. Can you let us know if you follow a specific work out plan. What excercises do you do at the gym? Thanks!
  42. BaileyLovesMangos: Have you always had control to eat healthy? If you have not then how do you keep yourself from over indulging on any healthy snacks like your homemade things? Do you have trigger foods that you avoid? Thank you
  43. Jason Gorr: Hey Jen, does your husband workout everyday and does he eat a lot of food? What kinds of foods does he/you like to eat when trying to increase calories? Sounds like a strange question but I always have a hard time eating enough to gain weight/mass. I have never seen your husband but you've said big things about him.
  44. Divamom 3: Hi Jen, what supplements do you take?
  45. Jilli B.: Hi Jen, my question concerns your ability to avoid consuming sugar. When did you begin to take sugar out of your diet and at what point did you no longer crave the sweet treats?  Did you ever have an "addiction" to sweets?  I recognize my need to avoid sugar but am having a difficult time letting go of this comfort.
  46. Amy C: I love these Q & A videos :)  I, too, would like to know how often you switch up your exercise routine, specifically the weights.  Also, I know you drink lemon water throughout the day.  Do you have a specific water intake goal ( ex. gallon a day, etc)?  I'm always trying to do better at that!
  47. Mrz Johanny: What what is your caloric intake for the day? How often do you exercise.? Is there a certain amount of water you intake everyday? What is your sleep routine? thank you for your videos loving your channel. J

  51. Sue~tsnbjj: I need to lose weight and START and exercise program.  Any advice and tips would be appreciated.  :)  Thanks!
  52. Running On Coffee: Do you wash your hair everyday?  It always looks fresh and clean!
  53. Dayna Bennett: Hey Jen! Love your vids! I'm on a weight loss journey and wanted to know if I should remove dairy from my diet, such as skim milk, eggs, cheese, and yogurt? I've been hearing that even wheat bread is not great, so if I did want toast what would you recommend? Thanks!
  54. gina harris: Do you have any tips on staying focused with your eating plan? How do you handle cravings and temptations especially when preparing foods for your family that are not on your eating plan? I am new to your channel but I am really enjoying watching your videos. Thank you.

  56. Susanna Holdren: Do you track calories?
