CCS supports the debugging of executables generated (and flashed) by IAR EW for ARM targets. This is useful if you wish to use both tools for your development environment. For example, you can use IAR for your main development environment for builds and debug but wish to also take advantage of TI's EnergyTrace+™ technology which is supported on CCS for select MCUs.
